Daoist Gate – Wudang Arts

Wudang Mountain is revered in the martial arts community and is seen by many as the spiritual and historical home of the internal martial arts. The Wudang martial arts blend the Daoist ways for preserving health together with the traditional fighting arts, creating a style that develops both spiritual and physical fitness.

Tai Chi

If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi. Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements

I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
